West Bridgford Ladies were soundly beaten by Sparta at Regatta Way on Sunday
Sparta proved superior in key areas of the game. They were organised, hard working and more determined to get to the ball
Some nice touches from Loren, Frida and Sarah but apart from that a game to forget and the only lesson learned was how Sparta apprioached the game which was much more positive than Bridgford
